Test Procedures

(1) Mount the pretreated mask sample onto the test fixture.

(2) Start the aerosol generator to produce a stable aerosol.

(3) Collect upstream and downstream samples simultaneously.

(4) Incubate the collected samples at 37°C for 48 hours.

(5) Count the colony-forming units (CFU).
